Does Ministry Week write the message for me?+
It assists research, outlining, and drafting. You remain the author, editor, and theologically responsible ministry leader.
Can it accommodate my denomination?+
Yes. Editable theological profiles guide terminology and considerations while respecting diversity within each tradition.
Can I use my favorite authors?+
You can prefer, minimize, or exclude authors and permitted sources. Exact quotations are used only when verifiable.
Is my message library private?+
Yes. Sermons, studies, and ministry messages are private by default and are never made public without your direction.
When does Ministry Week use preparation credits?+
Credits are used only when you create a new outline, develop or create a full draft, or add substantial new research. You will see the exact cost before a credit-consuming request begins.
Does prompting the assistant to edit my draft use credits?+
Typing and formatting your own revisions are always included. When the AI creates substantial new wording, sections, research, an outline, or a full draft, the applicable credit cost is shown before it runs.
What happens if generation fails?+
Credits are charged only after successful generation. Failed or interrupted requests do not consume credits, and an immediate retry of substantially the same request is included.
Do unused credits roll over?+
Unused monthly credits roll over for one additional billing cycle, up to your plan’s monthly allowance. Purchased credits remain available while your paid subscription is active.
How are my credits used?+
The oldest rollover credits are used first, then the current month’s credits, and purchased credits last. Annual subscriptions still receive a monthly credit refresh.
How do Ministry team credits work?+
75 shared preparation credits each month for your ministry team of up to ten. Credits belong to the ministry workspace, not individual users, and administrators can review shared usage.
Does a referral-free month include preparation credits?+
Yes. The subscription remains active during the free month, so the normal monthly credit refresh and rollover rules continue.
Will tax be added to my subscription?+
Stripe and Link act as the merchant of record for Ministry Week purchases. Any applicable sales tax is calculated from your billing location and shown in the secure checkout before you subscribe. Stripe collects, files, and remits that tax.
What if my church or ministry is tax-exempt?+
Contact support before purchasing so the exemption can be reviewed and applied to the correct Stripe customer. A nonprofit name or tax ID alone does not automatically establish exemption for every location or purchase.
Ministry teams: common questions
One subscription. Individual sign-ins. Shared ministry capacity.
Which plan is for a group?
Ministry is our team plan, with up to 10 people on one subscription. Essential and Leader are individual plans. Ministry costs $119 monthly or $1,190 annually; both billing options include the same team size and monthly allowances.
Does the owner count toward the ten users?
Yes. The 10 places include the owner, leaving room for 9 teammates. Active members and pending invitations use a place. Expired or revoked invitations do not. There is no extra seat charge within that limit.
How do I invite someone, and how do they sign in?
An owner or administrator opens Account settings → Team, enters the person's email, chooses Member or Administrator, and sends an invitation. The recipient follows the email link, creates an account or signs in with that same email, and accepts. Everyone uses their own email and password—not the owner's login.
What if an invitation expires or goes to the wrong address?
Invitations last seven days. In Team settings, resend a pending invitation or renew an expired one to send a new link. The newest link replaces the previous one. Revoke an invitation sent to the wrong address, then invite the correct email.
Does each person get their own allowance?
No. The ministry shares 75 preparation credits and 120 visual credits each month—not that amount per person. Work by any teammate draws from the matching shared balance. Different preparation types and visual packages use different amounts; the impact is shown before generation. Annual plans also refresh capacity monthly.
Can teammates see all of my messages?
Messages are private to their creator by default. Joining the same ministry does not automatically share your library. You choose which messages to share; a teammate can copy and adapt a shared message without changing your original.
What can administrators do, and who handles payment?
Owners and administrators manage invitations and team membership. Members use the ministry workspace and its shared capacity. Administrator status does not automatically grant billing access: the subscription's billing owner manages payment details and the subscription.
What happens when our shared capacity runs out?
New AI work that needs the exhausted allowance must wait for its refresh or a deliberate purchase of the matching capacity pack. Preparation and visual capacity are separate. Existing content, manual editing, and exports remain available. There are no automatic overage charges.
How do we replace a teammate?
An owner or administrator can remove a teammate in Team settings, freeing a place for a new invitation. The new person signs in with their own account. Do not pass an existing teammate's password to their replacement. The owner cannot be removed through the member controls.
